The cuisine of the restaurant of Hotel Amade Château has a seasonal and regional character. The meals are prepared only from fresh and local ingredients, grown and delivered by local farmers. Hunters from Vrakúň supply them by wild boar and venison, fishermen by fish. Fruit and vegetables are grown in their orchard in Vrakún and they also have an own farm for breeding mangalitsa and poultry. The bakery products, as well pastas are freshly made by them.
